How to Request Account Deletion

  • In-app deletion: Sign in > My Page > Delete Account
  • In-app route: /app/en/mypage/withdrawal
  • If you cannot sign in, request deletion by email: send@yzpalmistry.com

For security, account deletion execution is only available in an authenticated session.

What Gets Deleted

  • Account profile data (email, social login identifiers, nickname, profile image)
  • Personal service data related to your account (palm images, questionnaire responses, generated results/history)
  • Credit balance and credit transaction/usage history
  • AI chat conversation history and chat-derived data

Account access is revoked upon deletion, and restoration is not supported.

Legal Retention Exceptions and Timeline

  • Some payment or dispute records may be retained for legally required periods and deleted afterward.
  • Deletion requests are processed without undue delay, with full system propagation completed within up to 7 days.
