How to Request Account Deletion
- In-app deletion: Sign in > My Page > Delete Account
- In-app route: /app/en/mypage/withdrawal
- If you cannot sign in, request deletion by email: send@yzpalmistry.com
For security, account deletion execution is only available in an authenticated session.
What Gets Deleted
- Account profile data (email, social login identifiers, nickname, profile image)
- Personal service data related to your account (palm images, questionnaire responses, generated results/history)
- Credit balance and credit transaction/usage history
- AI chat conversation history and chat-derived data
Account access is revoked upon deletion, and restoration is not supported.
Legal Retention Exceptions and Timeline
- Some payment or dispute records may be retained for legally required periods and deleted afterward.
- Deletion requests are processed without undue delay, with full system propagation completed within up to 7 days.
